"follow-up comparisons" is a correct and usable phrase in English
It can be used when you are referring to a comparison that was made previously that is now being specifically looked at again or looked at in more depth. For example, "At the meeting, they made some initial comparisons, but now they're doing some follow-up comparisons to make sure the results are accurate."
