For each particular method, a five replications 4- fold procedure is applied, as performed in previous approaches (Baranzini et al., 2005; Borgwardt et al., 2006; Lin et al., 2008).
We demonstrate the method by conducting folding simulations on a number of small proteins that are commonly used for testing protein-folding procedures.
