Simulation studies of PFN1 in its wild type (WT) and mutant forms (both G118V and T109M mutants) revealed differential fluctuation patterns and the formation of salt bridges and hydrogen bonds between critical residues that may shed light on differences between WT and mutant PFN1.
Furthermore, we leave the exact shape of the probability density function of CheR unspecified until a later step, which allows us to consider different fluctuation patterns and to obtain additional information on the robustness of the phenomenon.
The diurnal and seasonal fluctuations patterns during solstice periods are exceptionally different and as well different from those of equinoxes, which are largely dissimilar.
As previously described [ 12], the final DMN component was identified by visual inspection on the basis of periodic temporal fluctuation, spatial pattern, and distinct peak of power spectrum at low-frequency (<0.1 Hz) range.

These morphological and expressional similarities confirm the relationship between the wus mutant and the fluctuation pattern.
