The phrase "floral by" is not a correct or usable phrase in written English
It does not make grammatical sense and is not a complete thought. Instead, you can use phrases such as "floral designs by" or "floral arrangements by" to indicate that something was created or designed by a specific person or company. For example, "The beautiful centerpieces were floral arrangements by Jane's Florals."
