"flee of" is not a correct or commonly used phrase in written English.
It does not make grammatical sense and would not be used in standard writing. A more common phrase would be "flee from" or "flee out of." For example, "The soldiers had to flee from the advancing enemy troops" or "The frightened rabbit fled out of its burrow."
