The biodegradation assay was carried out over 12 days in six 250 ml Erlenmeyer flasks (corresponding to 0, 4, 6, 9, and 12 days of experiment, resp ., with each flask containing 50 ml of the mineral medium and 10% of acclimated inoculum under aseptic conditions.
