Probe setup, fixation in 4%PFA/0.5.5 × PBS, pretreatment of cells, hybridization, DAPI staining and detection by Cy3- or Cy5-conjugated antibodies were performed as previously described [ 38, 66].
The setup platform and fixation as well as contrast protocol and left ventricular pressure are not like in vivo situations.
