"Copy nr FISH": copy number of the region identified in mpFISH experiments.
In the present work, we address the need for algorithms for evolutionary model inference for tumor phylogenetics capable of handling large single-cell datasets, with specific application to FISH copy number data.
Results: In this article, we develop phylogenetic methods to infer likely models of tumor progression using FISH copy number data and apply them to a study of FISH data from two cancer types.

In vertebrate groups in which genomic data have been published for multiple species (i.e., mammals, birds, and teleost fishes), copy numbers of the OR genes are highly variable between species (Alioto and Ngai 2005; Niimura and Nei 2007; Steiger et al. 2008).
