DNA fingerprinting clustering may reflect recent TB transmission (4, 5, 33, 34), albeit with methodological and population characteristic caveats (35– 35).
Of the cases diagnosed within four years after arrival, 40 (71%) did not belong to a DNA fingerprint cluster.
Of these, 41 belonged to a DNA fingerprint cluster (26 to an immigrant-only cluster and 15 to a mixed cluster).
MACCS key fingerprints were generated for the SB compounds using the MOE software package (CCG, Inc .. Cluster composition was then also calculated using the Fingerprint Cluster method in MOE with a 0.85 similarity threshold and Tanimoto similarity metric.
These data contain the following variables: genotype, DNA fingerprint cluster, cluster number, number of bands, spoligotyping results, date of IS 6110 Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism analysis (RFLP) (for details see below).

Figures 22 and 23 show the result of fingerprints clustering without and with denoising.
Large variations between the investigated samples were observed, and DGGE profiles of water samples from the beginning and the end of the abstraction phases revealed two distinct fingerprint clusters with about 82% similarity to each other corresponding to the operation mode of the wells.
In [31], the camera fingerprints clustering is formulated as a weighted graph clustering problem, where SPNs are considered as the vertices in a graph, while the weight of each edge is represented by the correlation between the SPN pair connected by the edge.
