The very compact 16-bit shape fingerprint 3DAPfp stood out by its high LBVS performance for ROCS shape analogs, which was higher than for R3DAPfp and the parent 2-dimensional APfp, showing that the gaussian/exponential binning principle used for 3DAPfp contributed to a better molecular shape perception (Figure 2A).
This instrument is useful to investigate body figure perceptions and preferences among young children [ 67].
