"fig up" is not a commonly used phrase in written English.
It is possible that someone may use it in spoken language, but it is not considered a grammatically correct phrase. A more commonly used phrase with similar meaning is "dress up." Example: "I'm going to fig up for the party tonight." This sentence would be more accurately written as "I'm going to dress up for the party tonight."
