But he said on his Facebook page Tuesday that his doctors ordered him to pull out because he was running a fever, telling him his body needed rest.
"At $60 per person, it sold out for the month of June in just a couple of days since it was released in early May, with only a sketch of what the venue would look like, and a brief story describing the experience," Fever tells TechCrunch.
"I went out last year with the Debbies and got the fever," Duncan told me.
She'd had no fever, she told the E.R. doctor, and hadn't felt sick -- just sore.
"My thinking was after we beat them in 2012, well, that might break the fever," he told donors.
One patient, a twenty-six-year-old white woman who caught valley fever four years ago, told me that the medicine made her vomit non-stop on a negative incline.
The girls would learn to read a thermometer and be able to figure out if a baby had a fever, she told them.
It "might break the fever," Obama told Rolling Stone magazine last year.
"It's not so serious for healthy adults but for babies, children, the elderly, the injured there can be complications, especially from a fever," she told VICE News.
"Our clients would say, 'I went to the doctor and they gave him Tylenol for a fever, I told them how he's losing weight and how he's lethargic.' And we would get medical records and it would say nothing of that".
