Instead of seeing ads for movies I might like or apps that might match my interests, as is the case on Twitter or Facebook, when I scroll through my PicsArt feed I see ads ranging from poor clickbait (like those "around the web" ads at the bottom of some blogs)….
I like biking, and while part of the reason I like it is because it requires my full attention and essentially ensures that I can't be glued to some kind of data feed, I see plenty of opportunity for passive data gathering that can better equip a future of connected two-wheel commuters.
Interestingly enough when I look at my Facebook feed, I see that the vast majority of my friends tend to support Bernie Sanders over Hillary Clinton in the Democratic Primary for President of the United States.

Monitoring my Twitter feed, I saw a picture of Hillary standing in front of a wall of her books, looking bright and cheery.

Scanning my Twitter and Facebook feeds, I see a plethora of reasons pop up.
