fees shall be paid according to the fee schedule, the fee schedule does not specify a particular fee for an I.M.E".
Should GNM publish the Extract(s) under such circumstances, then the Fees shall be subject to renegotiation between the parties in good faith on the basis that the relevant material no longer has the value attributable by the Fees.
Should You and GNM agree that no Fees shall be payable by GNM in respect of GNM's publication of the Extract(s), then in consideration of the rights granted to GNM in this Agreement, GNM shall fulfil its obligations as set under Clauses 4.3 and 4.4 below.
Where images are sourced from multiple suppliers, the applicable reproduction fee above shall be payable on each image to a maximum of GBP 100.00 per supplier, i.e. if a supplier provides more than one image in a multi-sourced gallery or slideshow then a total fee of GBP 100.00 shall be payable to that supplier.
The parties agree that on each anniversary of the Start Date, the Fee(s) shall be increased (but not, for the avoidance of doubt, decreased) by 5.00 per cent or in line with the Fee Review Basis where specified in the Subscription Sales Term Sheet.

Contrary to wide- spread expectations, an attorneys' fees provision that says you "shall be entitled" to reimbursement of your legal fees does not guarantee you anything.
