"favourable judgement" is a correct and usable phrase in written English.
It can be used to describe a positive decision or opinion formed by someone after considering a situation or piece of information. For example, you could say "The board of directors reached a favourable judgement on the proposed merger." This means that the board of directors made a positive decision about the proposed merger after considering all the information presented to them.
The Blues' wing Tom James is looking for a favourable judgement from the Wales coaches after being dropped for the final three matches of the Six Nations, having fought his way back into the side after a six-year absence.
