"far being" is not a correct or commonly used phrase in written English
It is possible that someone may use it in spoken language or informal writing, but it would be considered a grammatical error. A better way to phrase it would be "far from being," which means something is the opposite of what is being stated or assumed. Example: "Far from being a skilled pianist, I struggle to even play a simple tune."
