Finally, even more familiar interventions such as pharmaceuticals and hormones have risks and side-effects, and their long term effects are not always known.

The experimental AD group increased the SC aspects of autobiographical memory and mood after familiar song intervention.
The AD patients who received a familiar music intervention showed a stabilization or improvement in aspects of SC.
