The phrase 'fall into this bracket' is correct and usable in written English.
It is typically used to suggest that something (a person, thing, or action) is included in a certain group or category. For example, "He earns a salary of £25,000 so he falls into this bracket of people earning between £20,000-£30,000."
Cardiovascular disease, diabetes, pregnancy, back pain, obesity, mental health issues, social isolation and a number of the difficulties faced by people in old age fall into this bracket.
