The phrase "fairly disagree" is not correct in standard English usage.
It is typically used to express a level of disagreement, but "fairly" does not appropriately modify "disagree."
Example: "I must say, I fairly disagree with your assessment of the situation."
Alternatives: "somewhat disagree" or "partially disagree."
