To guide data collection and analysis, the cross-site evaluation used the RE-AIM (Reach, Effectiveness, Adoption, Implementation, Maintenance) framework (Glasgow, Vogt, & Boles, 1999) as well as the factors affecting implementation that were identified by Durlak and DuPre (2008), which include those related to setting such as organizational capacity.
