Hynix creditors have acknowledged that they are unlikely to find a buyer soon, but they hope to begin recouping losses by selling the nonmemory facilities, valued at about $1 billion.
It is spending $400 million a year on mental health care in its prisons, and a dozen new facilities valued at a total of $1.2 billion have been built in the past three years or are under construction.
In order to thrive, town centres will need to offer the kind of facilities valued by older people, such as health services, and safe and accessible shopping areas.

There was some support for this tendency from the comparison of individual item facility values in the reading section where the 5-option items were noted to have been consistently more difficult than the 3-option items, although this was not found to be statistically significant.
