The following personal and external determinants for physical activity were identified: skills, self-efficacy, attitudes, barriers, habits, outcome expectations, resources, awareness, risk perception, and health beliefs.
Matrices of change objectives for the Ntshembo intervention are presented in Tables 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and outline the component behaviours for each behavioural objective, along with the personal and external determinants for each component behaviour.
