The geographic extent of this Theme is the 20-county Metropolitan Statistical Area MSAA) for the Atlanta Region which includes ARC's 10 counties plus the counties of Pickens, Bartow, Forsyth, Barrow, Paulding, Walton, Carroll, Newton, Coweta, and Spalding.
