In Fig. 6, with the extension of ultrasonic extraction time, extraction rate of target compounds was increased gradually.
The extension of the extraction time, even at the lower extraction temperature, also enhances the process of hydrolytical degradation of the glycoside forms of hydroxyanthraquinones.
With the extension of time, extraction rates of the two compounds were increased slowly, extraction rates of brazilin and protosappanin B reached the maximum at 50 min.
Along with the extension of time, extraction rates of brazilin and protosappanin B were increased.
The extension of the extraction time also intensifies this process.
As the results in Fig. 1 show, extension of the extraction time beyond 40 min does not give a noticeable increase in the peak areas; so 40 min was chosen as an analytical protocol parameter.
As results from the figure, the extension of the extraction time intensifies the hydrolytical degradation of the glycoside forms of hydroxyanthraquinones even at 75 °C, however, it becomes visible for longer extraction times (52.82 < F < 362.85, Fcrit = 4.0662, see Table S 4).
It may be more advantageous to leverage the traditional data capabilities and strengths of a database that also includes XML support and extensions for extraction of data values rather than to store the data as an XML-formatted structure.
In future work, we will focus on the extension of the annotations and extraction methods to improve the domain independence of our annotation to allow the application of the introduced extraction methods at large scale to automatically annotate the entire available literature.
Regarding extracting the files from torrent, as suggested before, the extension of file can determine its method of extraction.
