"For him to just dive and fully extend, that's sacrifice," said Santonio Holmes, who caught the 37-yard, game-winning touchdown pass with 16 seconds left in overtime.
"There's been a long-term relationship between the World Trade Center site and the federal government, and the G.S.A.'s commitment to 1 World Trade, we think, renews and extends that relationship," said Patrick J. Foye, executive director of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, the project's developer and owner.
"The courts have pretty much found that you have a constitutional right to take pictures of things in public places [and] I think we would extend that to drones," he says.
"If the club's get an agreement to extend, that would be great," he said.

The company currently lets people send money to some 100 different countries and the funding will be used to extend that to over 200, Ahmed says.
"It triggers a memory … as they see our characters and learn more about how the story extends that experience," he said.
"We did sign a closed-end deal, but certainly thought we'd have the courtesy to extend that," Ms. Roth said.
"We never look to fill to 100 percent capacity because we always need room to be able to extend that time," said Elana Friedman, AKA's vice president for marketing.
"The current plan is about five years but I suspect we'll extend that," he said in an interview in Washington.
