Among patients with a blood sample (n = 15), all but one patient had a normal level of mHLA-DR expression 6 months after ICU discharge (Fig. 2).
For the 15 patients, median mHLA-DR expression on day 1 2 was significantly lower to that at ICU discharge (p = 0.005), and at 6 months after ICU discharge (p < 0.0001); median mHLA-DR expression 6 months after ICU discharge was significantly higher from median mHLA-DR at ICU discharge (p = 0.0002).
The median survival in patients with low MMP14 expression was clearly longer than in those patients with high MMP14 expression (24 months vs 5 months).
Patients with ovarian tumors with high miR-200a expression had an approximately 50% decrease in median survival time compared to those lacking significant miR-200a expression (27.5 months vs. 61 months, respectively [52]).
The expression of OX1R increased with the duration of DM from pale staining 12 24 h after the onset of DM to intense expression 8 15 months after the induction of DM (Fig. 5).
The OS in p16+ patients did not differ according to the bcl-2 expression level (83.4 months for low expression, 78.4 months for high expression).
Median OS for patients with low EGFR expression was 58 months and for patients with high EGFR expression 40 months (HRR 1.54, 95% CI 1.12 2.11, P<0.01; Figure 3A).
Our multivariate results further show independent prognostic values for HER2 and HER4 expression 60 (60 months), and HER2 expression 120 (120 months); however, these results are dependent on the time interval investigated.
In contrast, although the number of patients was insufficient to achieve statistical significance, low bcl-2 expression (63.2 months) showed a trend to a better OS compared to high bcl-2 expression (20.5 months) in p16- patients.
The median survival time of staging I+II subgroup with low NUAK1 expression (43±3.44 months, 95% confidence interval: 36.256 49.744) was significantly longer than that of patients with high NUAK1 expression (29±2.560 months, 95% confidence interval: 23.981 34.019).
Similarly, the median survival time of staging III+IV subgroup with high miR-204 expression (30.923±4.088 months, 95% confidence interval: 22.910 38.936) was significantly longer than that of patients with low miR-204 expression (19.457±1.598 months, 95% confidence interval: 15.791 22.209).
