There is a more-humane alternative to meat production, one that has been used since humans began raising livestock: Animals can be grass-fed, pasture-raised, and organically grown, without being exposed to genetically modified food, chemical fertilizers, pesticides, hormones, or antibiotics.
The HA-FoxO3a-WT-ER fusion protein is constitutively expressed but is inhibited unless exposed to a modified ligand for the oestrogen receptor (ER), 4-hydroxy-tamoxifen (4-OHT).

Here, we examined microRNA (miRNA) levels in the lungs of rats exposed to a candidate modified-risk tobacco product, the Tobacco Heating System 2.2 (THS2.2) in a 90-day OECD TG-413 inhalation study.
