The HTA Core, which is managed by the Hilton Laboratory, is fully equipped to generate paraffin and frozen musculoskeletal tissue sections and provides the resources and expertise necessary for performing tissue and molecular analyses that include immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunoflourescence (IF), in situ hybridization (ISH), and a variety of skeletal specific and general histology based stains.
