In this report, we describe our field experiences with task shifting in Lusaka, Zambia, where a large public-sector ART program has enrolled over 71,000 HIV-infected adults and children across 19 program sites [ 1, 2].
Despite the great difficulty that some subjects experienced with the task, they were able to improve their performance after some minimal remedial training.
In the initial study of this task, there was no evidence that the amount of parental intrusiveness was related to the level of difficulty children experienced with the task [ 35].
Classification of a total of 6,890 syllables into syllable types was based on visual comparison of overall frequency modulation shapes in spectrograms by one observer (NG) who is very experienced with this task.
At baseline, general health was not associated with the degree of difficulty experienced with self-selected tasks.

Social support and good communication – relation-oriented leadership – on the other hand might buffer against stress several residents experience with their new tasks and responsibilities [ 17– 20].
