At 15 dpf 57.3% of the melanocytic lesions in the Et kita GalTA4,UAS:mCherry)hzm1 (39 out of 68 survivors) were still expanding (figure 7b, d), whereas only 17.2% were detectable in the mitfa Gal4-mCherry line (16 out of 93 survivors, figure 7b, g).
A 250 nm diameter pore in a 300 nm membrane shrank (Figure 2), while a 350 nm diameter pore in 300 nm membrane expanded (Figure 4) at 1150°C.
The patient continued to have 2+ anterior chamber cell and 3+ vitreous haze, and the area of the retinal and subretinal whitening had expanded (Figure 2).
Secondly, the nanopore shrank (Figure 2) or expanded (Figure 4) based on the ratio of nanopore radius to oxide membrane thickness, which is a strong indication that hydrocarbon contamination is not involved in the shrinking process.
To account for this change in size and granularity the electronic gate was expanded (Figure 1A).
TRAP staining of these cells revealed an abundance of osteoclasts with more than 3 nuclei both on plastic and bone slices (Figure 1C, expanded figure in Figure S2).
That the sequence similarity feature remained highly informative suggests that the KO groups could be further expanded (Figure 3A,B), especially for metabolism and basic function categories (Figure 3C,E).
In order to test the scalability of the fly eye system, the fly cultures were expanded (Figure S2) and HsSERT was subjected to large scale purification.
