Fortuitously, the structure solved from the dehydrated crystal exhibited electron density for the otherwise flexible L4 and L8 loops allowing model building of these loops (Figure 2c).
The three 5′-terminal template nucleosides exhibited electron density for the deoxyribose sugars and partial density for the nucleobases with thermal parameters of 100 120, which suggested that they were partially disordered.
