On June 13, the museum will open an exhibit based on letters of the memories of people who have loved the space through the years.
The museum also encourages reading in its "Arthur's World" exhibit, based on the PBS series, and creativity in its messy art studio.
An exhibit based on the book is at the Queens Museum of Art in Flushing Meadows-Corona Park through March 14, with photographs, taped narratives, music and performances by several artists profiled in the book.
There will not be any such delays with "Night and Day," a collection of photographs by David Armstrong that were taken at the Mudd Club and other downtown Manhattan spots in the late 1970s and '80s that will coincide with an exhibit based on the book, opening at Half Gallery on June 26.
In 1996, Universal Studios Islandss of Adventure in Orlando, Florida, commissioned the Brampton, Ontario, company to supply three robotically animated Triceratops for an outdoor exhibit based on the blockbuster movie Jurassic Park.
