The investigation of individual opinions and prescriptions may help in better understanding existing standards that influence physicians' and therapists' decision making, in planning and execution of exercise therapy interventions.
Although these programs have been shown to reduce pain in many mid- and long-term clinical situations [ 15], they may provoke pain during the execution of exercise or mobilization, thus leading patients to have less compliance with and less confidence in these programs [ 16, 17].
Our results suggest that participant are most likely to adhere to home-based exercises when their care provider provides proper feedback and gives reminders during the supervised execution of exercises, and when the participants perceive the benefits of exercises on their pain status.
In the second (8 14 sessions) and third (15 20 sessions) part, the physiotherapist dedicated the first 10 minutes to test the correct execution of exercises learned and to ask if there were pain during or after the home exercises and if some exercises were not tolerated.
And in such a system, inmates can come close to execution without exercising all their legal options.
Coaches and players are encouraged to watch each other closely and give feedback about the execution of exercises.
Of no less importance for the final outcome of therapy are the patient's motivation, the correct execution of exercises, and compliance with the physiotherapist's orders [ 12].

Additionally, no standardized assessment tools exist at present, whereas the main objective of this study was to develop and investigate the intra- and intertester reliability of a simplistic assessment tool to assess errors in exercise execution to help clinicians evaluate technical errors in exercise execution.
