The data suggest that the reinforcement provided under the ASME B31.3 design is effective for the internal pressure load case and all external bending moment loads with the exception of branch out-of-plane bending for thin-walled assemblies.
This trend was prominent on almost every branch with the exception of branch 1 where gene losses equalled gains.
We analysed this dataset using ASTRAL and obtained a tree that generally has high BS on the branches (i.e. with the exception of four branches, all branches have support at least 86%, and most have 100% support).
