Each treatment has two biological replicates (of three pooled plants), except for time points 2, 10 & 20 which consist of one biological replicate (of six pooled plants).
The mean VN antibody titer in group 07 V063i2 was significantly higher compared to group CON2 in the period between 1 week after booster vaccination and 4 weeks post challenge (except for time-point 5 dpc), reaching mean values ranging from 2.1 to 4.7 log2 (p < 0.05).
Biocompatibility tests performed up to 72 h showed level 0 cytotoxicity (according to ISO 10993-5 and -12), except for one time point (i.e., 24 h).
Since there was not an already defined clustering (except for the time point indicators), we optimised the threshold by maximising the average silhouette value, as it was done for the PAM algorithm [14].
For the functional well-being assessment, all time points were significantly different between treatments (P < 0.038), except for one time point (at cycle 2, day 28, P = 0.061) which was close to significance.
For each time point, there are 6 biological replications for both groups except one time point, for day 21 (group I, n = 5, group II, n = 6), where two groups are defined by standard healing system and delayed healing system.
As can be seen, accuracy is higher except for 2 time points where classification is close to random.
The dendrogram obtained (data not shown, but equivalent to the sample clustering in Figure 1) gave the same sample classification as the nuclear morphology, except for the time points DEV2 and DEV3, which could not be resolved.
The measured n-butanol concentrations were on average 97.0 % +/− 3.8%% (range 98.1-100.3 %) of the values obtained with the 300 mm column, except for early time points (<16 h) due to lower concentrations affecting accuracy, and the 90 h and 112 h time points with 86.8 % and 105.3 % deviation.
As shown in Figure 3(a), SCAPs in activator group exhibited higher proliferation, while the SCAPs-inhibitor group showed less proliferation capacity as compared with the corresponding control groups, respectively (P < 0.05), except for the time points at baseline (day 0) and the first day.
