A schematic representation of the 5'-untranslated region of fut8 gene and of the three transcript isoforms identified by RLM-RACEis shown in Figure 5. Similar results were obtained for Rat2 cells and rat liver RNA preparations, excepted for T3 transcript, the presence of which was not confirmed in both cases.
Generally, the changes in mRNA abundance of the genes at 72 hours of the two castes were similar to that of the 2-DE data, except for the transcripts of thioredoxin peroxidase 1 and lethal (2) 37 (Figure 7).
However, a higher accumulation of the gene transcripts was observed in WT plants, except for the OsABP transcript that showed the highest level in TR plants treated with 200 mM NaCl.

Except for the 42 transcripts whose levels were systematically manipulated, each probe would be expected to have the same Present/Absent call across the experiment and to have the same Up/Down call across the experiment.
Basically, the transcrips of the flv genes accumulated at LC as compared to HC conditions, except for the flv1 transcripts, which were at a very low level under both HC and LC conditions.
