In addition to main effects, synopses have investigated genetic effects according to different genetic models and for subgroups for example, subgroups based on exposure, ethnic group, participant characteristics, or phenotypic subgroups.
For example, subgroups II a, II b, and II c were phylogenetically closer to the C-terminal WRKY domain of group I. Glyma14g37960 and Glyma18g39970 were not assigned to any groups or subgroups.
Without individual patient data, we will not be able to explore, for example, subgroups of patients with mild or severe disease, gender differences and the relative contributions of these factors.
