We present some examples of source localization using methods described in Sections 4 and 5. First, examples of localization in distance and in depth are presented using a single hydrophone, and then using a horizontal hydrophone array (HLA).

To illustrate examples of localization divergence, we selected nine ortholog pairs that show varying differences in dendritic array expression levels in rats and mice and carried out mRNA in situ hybridization and immunocytochemistry assays of the spatial expression patterns of both RNA and proteins on cultured Sprague Dawley rat and C57BL/6 mouse cortical neurons.

In the following analysis, we will take the least squares (LS) algorithm as an example of localization algorithm for LOS conditions.

Cross-tissue and time-course analyses revealed the changing mRNA localization profile during development and that the well-described, canonical examples of mRNA localization in the ovary (Berleth et al., 1988; St Johnston et al., 1989; Ephrussi et al., 1991; Neuman-Silberberg and Schüpbach, 1993) represent classes of co-regulated mRNAs.

A brief analysis is presented showing analogous operation to previous examples of mode localization sensors.

Some examples of source localization are shown and numerically studied to support our conclusions in Section 3. Finally, Section 4 summarizes this paper.

We also noted occasional examples of Rng3 localization with T140I, A181P and G308R mutantstants in cytoplasmic puncta, which we suspect are protein aggregates.
