Table 2 summarizes general environmental aspects of 10 hospitals investigated in southern Taiwan and provides examples of recommendations provided to these hospitals.
Pregnant women often want to know what they can do to increase the likelihood of the delivery of a healthy child [see Centre for Health and Environment Research (2007) for examples of recommendations given to pregnant women].

Nevertheless, below are examples of recommendations that have been made to sustain the model of care; some or all of these could be considered by policy makers, palliative care services, divisions/networks of GPs, community/specialist pharmacists and pharmacy peak bodies in other states of Australia and overseas.
For example, in the case of recommendations for metformine prescription, the guidelines merge "renal insufficiency (yes/no)" and "body mass index (BMI) ≥ 28 (yes/no)" into a new attribute of "no renal insufficiency and BMI ≥ 28 (yes/no)" such that only a single (composite) condition has to be verified prior to metformine prescription.

In case, where there are no Los for recommendation then a message is shown to learner (i.e., there is no recommendation available for you. Please check back at later time!). Figure 6 shows an example of a recommendation for a learner.
