When dynamic evaluation of tumour marker associations was considered with an accurate history and laboratory examinations, sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, NPV and PPV of CEA-TPA-CA15.3 tumour marker panel were higher than the corresponding of MCA-CA15.3 association.
