The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) confirmed on Friday that Obeid's sons Moses and Paul have been issued compulsory notices "to attend the ACCC offices, give evidence and produce documents in private examinations" in relation to a 2009 tender process for the coal licence.
Exceptions are separate examinations in relation to radiology techniques (28%), interventional radiology (20%), radiation protection (29%) and hands-on examinations (13%).

However, no study has assessed the relative importance of clinical examination in relation to the prediction of peak pressure.
Jordan O'Brien and Cowman [ 14] found a significant gap between nursing records of skin condition, and actual skin examination in relation to PU, which means that nurses were unable to identify the early signs of PU development.
Although the current data does not permit a direct test of the validity of the clinical examination in relation to pain known to arise from SIJs, recent previous work has indicated that the clinical reasoning process and the examination techniques have some validity and clinical utility [ 28].
Cardiovascular risk factors at the baseline examination in relation to the sex-specific quartiles of cadmium are presented in table 1. Age, hsCRP, HDL, plasma creatinine, systolic blood pressure, history of diabetes, history of a coronary event, current smoking, high alcohol intake, being unmarried and low educational level were significantly associated with the cadmium level, table 1.
Given the findings of this study, it would seem important that a stronger emphasis is placed on the informed consent process prior to obstetric ultrasound examinations, especially in relation to scans for screening purposes [ 31].
Furthermore, the relationship may only exist under certain conditions (i.e. against a certain genetic background), and this possibility warrants further examination, particularly in relation to other genetic risks, and outcomes other than ADHD.
