"evidently true" is correct and can be used in written English.
It is used to indicate that something appears to be true based on the evidence presented. For example, "Evidently true, the ancient ruins suggest that a civilization once flourished here."
Some elaborate that she's "so smart", that she's "making such a difference" – both evidently true.
That's sounds like a radical or misanthropic thing to say but I think it's evidently true.
But it is evidently true that as a man, Trumbo was famously difficult: acerbic, unforgiving and complicated.
