In the present analysis, a low reliability in the absence of systematic errors would only be evident as underestimation of the effect of muscle tone on ROM.
From the literature it is evident that underestimation of weight is especially observed among girls who consider themselves to be too fat [ 13, 21] and that overweight and obese adolescents tend to underreport their weight compared to normal weight adolescents [ 9, 10, 22- 24].
This bias in the Navigator and Guardian devices is further evident in the underestimation in the mean PG obtained from each device.
For this study, underestimation was evident in the case of self-reported hypertension.
As seen from Fig. 2, the IRI model generally underestimates the observed TEC, with the underestimation being more evident at daytime than nighttime, particularly during the noon bite-out periods.

The SCA, IDI, TDI, and HDI techniques offer additional possibilities for measuring MLT winds when appropriate acceptance criteria are applied to the data, and in the case of IDI, TDI, and HDI, when narrower transmitter beams are available, and when this is done, the underestimation bias characteristic of the FCA is not evident.
The CAR model predictions explain a large fraction of the variability in observed concentrations at the 13 Amsterdam sites of the large-area campaign, but a systematic overestimation of background concentrations and underestimation of local traffic contributions to concentrations is evident.
