As listed in Table 2, 16 stations were identified as sites with evident nonlinear site response during the Wenchuan main shock.
A marked increase in Cr, Cu, Fe, Pb, Mn, Ni, and Zn was evident at site 5 and, with a few differences, at site 4. Compared with reference, the accumulation of metals was still significant at site 3 and at site 2, to a lesser extent, with values (especially for Pb and Cu) considerably lower than in other sites.
Although bacteria from within the Type A associates cluster were found across sites, differences between the average contributions of the ribotypes were evident by site (Figure 5).
This is evident in site differences in REVI where REVI was markedly lower over the Tairua site.
The influence of soil texture on modeled tree growth was most evident on site I, particularly between the years 2001 2005 and 2006 2009 (Figure 3). Figure 3 Modeled gross photosynthesis with four different soil textures.
A significant difference in species composition was evident among sites near and far from the platform edge, but sites did not group strictly according to class.
GC bias is evident among sites with a recombination rate ≥ 2.5 cM/Mb, with 39/58 sites transmitting GC alleles (P=0.01), suggesting that at least some of the GC bias activity is meiotic in origin.
In contrast, 5, 6-CF transport was evident below sites of aphid probing in Betta-Dn, suggesting that the phloem was still capable of long-distance transport.
