In the absence of countervailing evidence, the statute says, that affiliation is enough to authorize revocation.
Moreover, states were enjoined to "comply without undue delay with any request for assistance or an order issued by a Trial Chamber, including, but not limited to … the taking of testimony and the production of evidence…" (Statute of ICTY, Art. 29; see UNSC Res 827 1993; UNSC Res 955 1994).
