A majority rule consensus tree was computed from 12997 input trees from each chain with a burn-in of 1000 trees and analyzing every second tree of the pooled trees.
We also tested whether using internodes with high BS can reduce the incongruence by extracting bipartitions with BS values greater than or equal to 70%, 80 %, 90 or 95% fror every ML tree of the 2,007 genes and then used them to construct the eMRC phylogenies.
