The phrase "everlasting by" is not grammatically correct and is not commonly used in written English
It is unclear what meaning or purpose it is intended to convey. Instead, you could use "enduring by" or "eternal by" for a similar meaning. Example: "Their love was enduring by their shared laughter and inside jokes." (meaning their love lasted because of their ability to make each other laugh and share inside jokes)
