Such a package of measures would take time to administer, with associated additional costs, and empiric evaluation of the meaning of these additional data with respect to outcomes would be required before standard implementation is recommended.
Each orientation attributes different meaning to the curriculum evaluation process, reflecting the various mindsets regarding the meaning of evaluation, evaluation goals, functions and design structure, evaluators' identities and roles, the value system involved, and the evaluation's uses.

It is clear that the process of evaluation and thus the meaning of patient satisfaction data are highly dependent upon the role in which patients perceive themselves in relation to the health care system.
