Calculations with different evaluated libraries in the benchmark assemblies show a large discrepancy.
The evaluated data is improved compared to the major international evaluated libraries, including ENDF/B-VII.1, JENDL-4.0 and JEFF-3.2.
The results could provide reference to the validation of 232Th(n,2n 231Th cross sections in different evaluated libraries as well as the design of thorium fuel based reactor.

As part of a move toward data-driven decision making, the University Libraries at Virginia Tech made a commitment to evaluate library instruction systematically.
Due to the high similarity between ECFP_2, ECFP_4, and ECFP_6 we chose to incorporate into the workflow three well-performing yet more diverse fingerprints (ECFP_2, MDL keys, and PHRFC_2) and evaluate library diversity using a consensus approach.
All the trimmed reads ranging from 18 to 28 nucleotides were clustered and mapped to O. sativa ssp japonica cv Nipponbare genome (MSU release version 7; http://rice.plantbiology.msu.edu/) using BLAST (Altschul et al. 1990) (Additional file 4) in order to evaluate library quality.
