Half the respondents were uncertain when evaluating a scenario in which the patient was at risk for falls, (Case 4, 48%), even when there was a high stroke risk (CHADS2 = 5, CHA2DS2VASc = 8).
For example, we evaluated a scenario in which 18-month loss to follow-up increased 10%, a value in line with data on loss to follow-up from some higher prevalence settings [ 26].
